We do not accept refunds or exchanges. We accept returns for store credit within 5 days from delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. Must also be in the original packaging.

  • Sale items
  • White items
  • Leggings
  • Orders placed during huge sales events including but not limited to
    • New Years Sale
    • Valentine's Day Sale
    • Labor Day Sale
    • July 4th Sale
    • Black Friday Sale, etc.
  • Accessories (masks, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, socks, undergarments (underwear, slips, bra/bralettes, etc.)
  • Makeup (eyelashes, eyeliner, lip gloss/lipstick, etc.)

Return Process

If your order is still eligible for return after reading the details above, please follow directions below:

Email a return request to including:

  • Full name on the order
  • Order #
  • Items returning and reason

It can take up to 3 - 5 business days for a response. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return including an free return label.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Securely package your items in the package they were received 
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a refund. If eligible, you will be credited store credit with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
