Shipping Process

1. Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see one in your inbox, please contact us and we can resend it. 

 

2. Processing Time

After an order has been placed, it could take up to 2 - 3 business days to process. Business days do not include Saturday - Sunday and holidays. When your order has finished processing, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking to update.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been successfully picked up by an official USPS personnel, your tracking information will say "Accepted/Picked Up" meaning the package is no longer in our possession and we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

US Orders (we currently only ship within the US)

Via First Class Package: 3 - 5 business days

Via Priority Shipping: 1 - 3 business days 

Additional Information 

If your tracking information says "Delivered" and you cannot find your package, please make sure to check with family members or a neighbor first in case it is in their possession waiting for you. You're Beautifull LLC is not responsible for any lost packages. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact USPS Customer Care Center:
